The Secretary-General of International IDEA, Mr Vidar Helgesen, chairs the Advisory Group to the Global Commission on Elections, Democracy and Security.  This group comprises representatives of stakeholder organizations, partners and regional bodies, as well as practitioners and electoral experts. It provides support and compiles input and feedback to the deliberations of the Global Commission on Elections, Democracy and Security.
